TTLOCK CABINET LOCKS

Discover a new generation of electronic wardrobe locks built on the TTLock platform, which brings simple access management, a high level of security and maximum comfort for administrators and users.

The ACS-TT product line is designed for wardrobes, storage boxes, office furniture, drawers, self-service lockers and other lockable spaces.

Unlike conventional solutions, all TTLock locks we supply – including electronic wardrobe locks – can also be managed via the own iSmart Ecosystem platform.

Thanks to wireless technology, there is no need for complex cabling or expensive installation. You can manage our electronic locks not only through the standard TTLock and Tuya Smart applications, but also using our own iSmart Ecosystem platform. The iSmart Link mobile application is fully compatible with all TTLock locks from the ACS Solution range and offers management of PIN codes, RFID cards, electronic keys, access permissions and event history. In addition, the iSmart Board application is available for operating personnel, which facilitates housekeeping, technical information management, fault reporting and service interventions directly in the field.

Depending on the model chosen, the locks can be unlocked in several ways:

  • TTLock mobile application.
  • Numerical PIN code.
  • RFID card or key fob.
  • Biometric fingerprint.
  • NFC in a smartphone.
  • Apple Watch

BASIC DESCRIPTION OF TTLOCK CABINET LOCKS

1. Main advantages of the ACS TT A820 lock.

  • High security: the lock is equipped with a “Pickproof” mechanism, which is resistant to picking and unauthorized manipulation.
  • Warning alarm system: the integrated alarm will warn of an attempt to forcefully break into the cabinet and also of a low battery level (when the voltage drops below 3.8 V).
  • Long battery life: the lock will operate on 3 pieces of AA alkaline batteries for approximately one year under normal use.
  • Emergency power supply: if the batteries are completely discharged, the lock can be powered externally via the USB-C port, which will prevent access from being blocked.
  • Universal installation: it is suitable for a wide range of furniture – from drawers to single- and double-leaf cabinets, both with wooden (9-22 mm) and metal (0-9 mm) doors.


2. Opening methods

The lock offers maximum flexibility thanks to various unlocking methods:

  • Mobile application (TTLock / Tuya): control directly from a smartphone via Bluetooth.
  • Password: entering a numeric code on the touch keyboard.
  • RFID card: support for M1 type cards with a reading distance of up to 20 mm.
  • NFC function: possibility of unlocking using a smartphone with NFC or Apple Watch.

 

3. TTLock function and its advantages


The TTLock application is an advanced access management tool that turns the lock into a fully professional solution:

  • Remote key management and distribution: you can generate and send digital keys to users even when you are not at the lock (remote unlocking is also possible when using a gateway).
  • Real-time access logs: the application stores history, so you can see exactly who unlocked the lock and at what time.
  • Larger capacity: the version with TTLock supports up to 250 passwords and 1000 cards, which is significantly more than the standard version without the application.
  • Easy programming: all settings, such as adding cards or codes, are intuitively done in the application.

The lock has two operating modes that define its best use:

  • Public Mode: Use: fitness centers, swimming pools, shared offices (coworking). 

Why: In this mode, the lock resets for the next user after unlocking. There is also a Timer Auto-unlock function (optional), which automatically unlocks the lock after a certain period of time (1-24 hours), thus preventing long-term blocking of lockers.

  • Private Mode:

Use: office containers, private employee lockers, home furniture.
Why: The lock is permanently assigned to a specific user, ensuring personal security for stored items.
